The new PayDC Web Version is an upgrade not only in terms of increased speed, but with easier access from multiple devices. We’re redesigning the entire program with a modern and streamlined interface so you and your team can work smarter, not harder!
The new PayDC Web Version can be accessed with virtually any modern computer, tablet, or phone, and supports all major internet browsers such as Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. And it is specifically designed for quick and efficient SOAP Notes on tablets.
Yes! All of your data is immediately available in both systems, and you can use both versions on the same computer and even open multiple instances of the new Web Version on the same device.
We are currently working on our new patient portal, kiosk, two-way texting and continuing to enhance our entire Web Version platform.

In addition to operating completely in the cloud, making it easier and quicker to access from virtually any device, the new Web Version has additional features like; our new Provider Dashboard, where you can see all important data and metrics like Patients for Today, Recent Cancellations, and Un-Signed Notes, all at-a-glance. Our new Dark Mode allows for easier viewing. Our new Patient On Deck area is accessible not just on the SOAP Notes screen, but throughout the platform. The new Patient Filing Cabinet now features an easy drag and drop capability. And much more!

The new Notifications icon in the top border of the Web Version will alert you to the latest information. And of course, we’ll continue to update this PayDC Web Version Support site with new Documentation pages and Video updates as we release each phase of the new web version.
No, your credentials and those of your staff will be the same as the ones you use in our PayDC Legacy application.
Going forward, our primary focus will be to leverage the latest technology to add to and enhance our Web Version platform, but we currently have no plans to discontinue our Legacy platform.
